#happyhandmade 83 shares

I love #happyhandmade #link up so much. It is the original link up that inspired my Handmade Mania link up. It was so inspiring to me to see all those amazing handmade items, I wished to see more myself. Daft Crafts is an awesome blog run by, I personally think, a funky-fun-business genius! Here are my picks for this amazing week's link up!

Last week there were SO MANY adorable wonderful products and shops. Super-ubber hard to choose who to feature but here are my picks. And if you are a online shop that makes your own products, you can join in the fresh new week: Happyhandmade week 83. I know I did. ☺

With Doll my Heart

For the month of February, Ashley from Penelope's Eclectic Closet has a wonderful line of limited edition dolls available which will benefit charity. She's here as a guest to tell you all about it! Welcome Ashley!

When Stella was born, she had a small hole in her heart. The tiniest imperfection in an otherwise perfect newborn. We feel so fortunate! Her issue was minor. Just a tiny heart murmur needing a couple cardiologist appointments (At Primary Children’s hospital) during the first year of her life to monitor it. In Nov 2013 we got awesome news that her hole had closed and she was good as new! This isn’t even something that would affect her during the rest of her life. We’re so lucky and so grateful for the health of our kids!

February is National Heart Month, and Penelope’s Eclectic Closet will be celebrating by offering one limited-edition doll every day for the 28 days in February. These Heart dolls have the same charm as Penelope’s Eco Friendlies (dolls made from scraps of Penelope Original Dresses to keep extra bits and pieces out of landfills) but have a sweet little heart sewn to their chest! I'll be donating 20% of the proceeds from sales of these dolls to the wonderful folks at Primary Children's Hospital!

You can find Penelope's Eclectic Closet on Storenvy, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, or contact via email.

If you are interested in donating directly to Primary Children's Hospital, read more about it here.

Thank you so much Ashley for sharing your 'heart' and the way you are helping out others with us! What a wonderful gift!

'Eating'

Today's #FMSPhotoaDay prompt is 'eating' - SO here is my children's Lu & Ed monster eating their favorite toys from The Mollie Shop and Kiser Krafts.

They love 'feeding' the monster 'yummy treats' before bed!!

'in the corner' - what a prompt!

The prompt today from #FMSPhotoaDay was on the harder side for me. I mean what corner should I focus on? The one I hit my head on? The one my kids play in? The pan I scrubbed clean?? There are so many corners in my world. Then it hit me. My craft corner is one of the most important corners in my home. It is the nerve center for Kiser Krafts and all the kraftiness I come up with.

Now I know it looks unorganized...but it isn't. I know where everything is. I have been busy working on so many items that is a tad messier then normal. But I believe, "out of chaos come beauty" and each item I make is beautiful to me. And I love sharing them with all of you!
